Loomi is designed to be used by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who creates and manages the account. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without verifiable parental consent, and Loomi does not include advertising or open-ended chat features for children.
4. Data storage & security
Story content, profiles, and uploaded media are stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with access controls in place. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
5. Third-party services
Loomi uses third-party providers to generate story text, illustrations, and narration audio. These providers process content solely to deliver Loomi's features and do not use it for their own advertising.
