1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Loomi app and website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Loomi.
2. Accounts & eligibility
Loomi accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian on behalf of their family. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Loomi offers a free tier and an optional Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in accordance with the store's policies.
4. Generated content
Stories, illustrations, and audio generated for your family are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You retain the right to use stories created for your own family within the app.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Loomi, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer the app, or submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
6. Disclaimers & liability
Loomi is provided “as is”. Story content is generated automatically and, while designed to be child-friendly, should be enjoyed alongside a parent or guardian.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Loomi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
